Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Shipping (3–7 business days): $15 flat rate

  • Free Shipping (3–7 business days): on orders over $500

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or seasonal demand.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only. If you require international delivery, please contact us directly at hello@pelleclinic.com.au to discuss possible arrangements.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order via our courier’s website.
