The name Pelle, meaning “skin” in Italian, is more than just a nod to what we do. It’s a reflection of who we are — a blend of our names, Prue and Elle, and a symbol of the trust and connection we aim to build with every client.

We exist because we love helping people feel confident in their skin. For Prue, skin health is deeply personal - having experienced acne as a teenager, she understands how much your skin can impact self-esteem and quality of life. For Elle, it’s about creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported through every step of their aesthetic journey. With a background in acute and general nursing, Elle’s passion lies in ethical, patient-centred care that empowers natural beauty through subtle, refined treatments.
Together, they created Pelle to offer a space where science meets compassion - where every treatment is grounded in evidence, delivered with empathy, and tailored to you. Eloise (or more fondly known as Elle) is a senior Registered Nurse and the co-founder of Pelle. Originally from Melbourne, Elle began her nursing career in acute renal and general medical care before relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2019 to pursue her passion in aesthetic medicine.
She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a certificate in Advanced Facial Anatomy and Cosmetic Injectables. Her commitment to ongoing education and professional development has seen her train alongside national and international leaders in the field.
Elle is known for her ethical, holistic treatment philosophy and her unwavering focus on patient-centred care. She believes in empowering natural beauty by prioritising skin health and taking a subtle, refined approach to cosmetic medicine. With her gentle touch and calm presence, Elle creates a space where clients feel genuinely safe, heard, and supported throughout their journey.

Prue is the Dermal Therapist and co-founder of Pelle, with nearly 20 years of experience in the cosmetic industry. A Sunshine Coast local, Prue is known not only for her extensive knowledge and results-driven treatments, but also for her warm, relatable nature. Qualities that make her one of the most sought-after dermal therapists in the region.
Her journey in the industry has shaped a clear and passionate vision: to create a space where every client feels genuinely seen, supported, and valued. At Pelle, she has the autonomy to craft truly personalised experiences, blending education, humour, and heartfelt care in every interaction. It’s this unique approach that keeps her clients returning time and time again.

Dr Tarek Shalabi is an experienced cosmetic doctor and international trainer, recognised for his refined, anatomy-based approach to non-surgical facial rejuvenation. With 18 years of industry experience, Chantelle brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and nurturing care to Pelle. Having recently furthered her studies in Advanced Dermal Science and Health Science, she’s deeply passionate about understanding the science of skin and translating this into clinical skin treatments.
Her journey began in luxury day spas, where she developed the art of touch, sensory connection, and holistic care. Now, she beautifully integrates the world of relaxation with results-driven, evidence-based therapy to create the ultimate skin experience.
Chantelle takes a warm, holistic approach to every treatment and is committed to helping each client feel truly cared for, seen, and supported on their skin journey.
